FOOD STALL REQUIREMENTS
If you intend to sell food at the market then you must have the following:
–NSW Food Authority Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (NSW Food Authority Requirements can be found here.)
-Inner West Council Stall Permit (Apply Here)
